Shipping Policy

Every SM-ART Studio piece is packed by hand and shipped with care. This policy explains how shipping works.

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are quoted together with the price of the artwork before payment.

2. Processing time

Available originals and prints are shipped within 5 business days of payment. Commissioned works ship once completed and approved.

3. Packaging

Unframed works on canvas or paper are shipped rolled in a protective tube or flat between rigid boards. Stretched or framed works are shipped in a reinforced box.

4. Delivery times and tracking

All shipments are tracked. International delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs. You receive a tracking number by email once the piece ships.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price.

6. Damage or loss

Shipments are insured. If a piece arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at sandra.macarro3c@gmail.com and we will make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
