Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase of artwork or services from SM-ART DEPARTMENT LLC, doing business as SM-ART Studio ("we", "us").

1. What we offer

We sell original paintings, illustrations, art prints and other creative products, and provide freelance creative services including fine art commissions, illustration, fashion design, graphic design, branding and creative direction.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices are provided on request and quoted in US dollars. For services and commissions, the scope, timeline and fee are set out in a written proposal. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment

Payment is made securely online through our payment providers. Artwork is shipped once payment is received. For commissions and services, a deposit is due before work begins and the balance on delivery, unless the proposal states otherwise.

4. Artwork and colors

We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Original works are one of a kind and may show the natural marks of handmade work.

5. Copyright and usage

All artwork remains © Sandra Macarro. Buying an original painting or print transfers ownership of the physical object, not the copyright or reproduction rights. For commissioned design work, the client receives the usage rights agreed in the proposal upon full payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the artwork or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
